    Usage：
    the interaction between geomagnetic field and magnetic
    moment produced by MTr generates a force moment,
    which can control satellite’s attitude .

    Constitution：
    (1)three bars made by soft magnetic materials and
    wound by wire;
    (2) electric circuit board used for modulation of signals .
